Brief
We meet to understand the programme, site, budget range, and completion target. Discussion, not a form. Output: a written scope summary emailed back to you within 48 hours.
Design
Concept design, material palette, 3D renders, shop drawings. Revisions to approval. If you have an appointed consultant, we work under their drawings with the same rigour.
Approval & procurement
Authority approvals where applicable, procurement of materials and finishes, joinery shop-drawing sign-off, long-lead item ordering.
Site works
Demolition, first fix (MEP), ceiling and partition works, floor works, joinery installation, marble and stone, decorative works, final fix, snagging.
Handover
Client walk-through, snag rectification, cleaning, commissioning, as-built drawings, warranty documentation. Keys handed over.
