A full hospitality programme delivered on a Persian Gulf island — from a double-height lobby with a central atrium to a 400-seat conference hall, grand dining room with a mirrored ceiling, and full suite programme.

The scope spanned every discipline we offer: architectural fit-out, bespoke joinery for reception and café counters, marble sourcing and installation across floors and feature walls, and the full MEP package behind the scenes. Logistics across the Strait of Hormuz added a layer most Dubai hospitality programmes don't carry.

What separates a project like this from a standard brand-standard hotel fit-out is the range: the same site team handling a chandelier installation in the ballroom was also calibrating HVAC in the back of house. One accountable subcontractor chain, not twelve.
